What You'll Do

• Work directly with business owners to evaluate and prepare their businesses for sale.
• Create marketing packages and confidentially promote businesses to a wide buyer network.
• Guide buyers through the acquisition process from financing to transition.
• Collaborate with lawyers, accountants, and lenders to structure successful deals.
• Advise on valuations and key value drivers to maximize client outcomes.
• Work across industries, from family-run shops to mid-market companies.
